The VANVIL, developed by English blacksmith Chris Powell, is an essential tool for back-friendly anvil work directly from the car. This makes heavy lifting and maneuvering from the car a thing of the past. The VANVIL anvil lifter is securely anchored to the rail. To work, the rail is simply folded down, the anvil is pulled forward on the carriage, locked into place, and the base is secured and positioned. When folded, the base is held in place by a powerful magnet.

The VANVIL is suitable for all vehicles with a minimum loading area height of 19.7 in (50 cm) and a maximum loading area height of 23.6 in (60 cm).
