This flanged steel spacer is 1” long, with a 5/8” hole that slides over the Baldor 1/2hp and 3/4hp grinder shafts and fits between the disc and the motor housing. This spacer replaces the current Aluminum Heel Finish Disc Spacer. These spacers can be used with the new FootPro Double Sided Discs or the FootPro Aluminum Heel Finish Disc.

FootPro's 40 grit Zirconia disk, 4.5" diameter. Flap discs and wheels are suitable for grinding and finishing of welds, and deburring, rust removal and snagging. Also suitable for most ferrous & non-ferrous materials and excellent for surface finishing.

FootPro 60 grit Zirconium flap disc. Zirconium was developed for heavy stock removal and high pressure grinding. Fractures frequently to continually produce sharp points and deliver a faster cut-rate than aluminum oxide. 

Ceramic discs are more durable than aluminum oxide discs.

FootPro 40 Grit HD (High Density) flap discs feature 50% more abrasive material than standard FootPro discs, offering increased longevity and faster cutting action for heavy-duty metal, weld, and hoof work. The design of this double-sided disc makes it ideal for both grinding and surface finishing steel and aluminum. This 7" wheel features a 5/8" arbor that fits snugly on the Baldor 1/2 or 3/4 hp grinders. The disc requires a 1" long spacer or bushing between the grinder and the grinder housing and the disc if the grinder does not already have one.
