Emerson Anvil Traditional - 200lb

The Emerson 200lb Shop anvil features an excellent design with crisp edges and a symmetrical horn, this anvil replaces the Kohlswa A1. It was designed by Dilton Emerson in 1983. They are 100% MADE IN THE USA with superior craftsmanship from the highest grade materials available. Emerson anvils are known for their unique hardness and durability. They are all poured at an ISO certified foundry and made from 4140 tool steel. The base and face are milled and then the whole anvil is heat treated (through-hardened) to 48-50C Rockwell. This provides the strength, toughness, durability, and the lifetime of workability the Emerson anvils are known to deliver.
